Day Nine Hundred Nine #DiaryoftheEndoftheWorld

The set apart place was filled throughout the night with intercessors, coming and going. The Captain never left.

And neither did Elijah. But that goes without saying.

I was one of those going in and out. I helped Meesa and Quasimo as they continued to organize the people within the hiding place.

Meesa was supremely confident that Mei and her group will soon be with us.

Later, his responsibilities seen to, Quasimo asked if he could take the drone out for a look-around. I thought it an excellent idea, so I gave my approval, and made a mental note to have that talk with Jezer about another.

He returned within the hour with news that Mei was in sight.

Unexpectedly we were not the last ones to arrive at the hiding place. Mei’s group still has not appeared. We were so late beginning our trek that our passage took the whole night. And somehow our group and those of Tomas and the Captain as well must have passed them by.

Jezer volunteered to go in search. And of course Tomas joined him. (Against Jezer’s usual complaint- the unfamiliarity of the other with the environs).

We gave them our blessing and set about organizing the available spaces to the various new groups.

That done, it was readily apparent that there is still room for myriads more.

Elijah introduced his set-apart place where many will be soon interceding for Mei.
