He thought it best all around, arguing that it would be horrible to lose her to some hungry human and besides he could call upon his golden eagle for transport.
I thought for sure the High Fairy would have made that very decision, but I was glad the pixie had made it himself.
Rumble was already inside and he had a map for each of us. Each drawn by himself. He says he composed it from all the best charts available.
I remember thinking that it wouldn’t be long before we were off to the human lands. A sentiment that the High Fairy spoke out loud, but he added that he felt that our team was not yet complete.
In the stillness after his pronouncement I knew whom I must see tomorrow.
