Day Nine Hundred Fifty Five #DiaryoftheEndoftheWorld

A spirit of calm pervades the prison. Much due to the leadership of Reuben and Magwich.

Throughout the day decisions were made between the two groups: the guards and the prisoners, as how to best govern ourselves to the end that we all escape this place.

And escape we must. We cannot simply walk out. For by the manner in which we, the prisoners, were brought in, we were kept in the dark that the prison is situated within the bounds of a military installation.

Though certain that word has not leaked to them of the great change here, Reuben is not sure how long that secret can be maintained.

Elijah declares, however, that we only need wait until tomorrow.
